Entry Level Talent Acquisition Specialist, Remote (HR)
Salary: $58000/year

Our mission is to support and promote the pursuit of knowledge and innovation in various fields of natural and social science, including but not limited to biology, personalized medicine, chemistry, physics, mathematics, engineering, and history. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board and train new employees
- Implement company values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Human Resources and recruiting not required
